We provide Non-Domestic Commercial EPC services for most properties including but not limited to restaurants, pubs, shops, offices, factories, industrial units and medical centres.
We can normally attend the next day and aim to have the certificate ready for lodgement 24 hours after the survey has been completed. It may be possible to lodge the EPC the same day if required urgently.
No upfront payment is required until after the EPC survey is conducted.

Unlike some panel EPC companies that merely act as a booking service, if your property doesn’t meet the minimum energy efficiency standard, we won’t automatically lodge the EPC. Instead, we’ll provide advice on how to improve the rating, ensuring that any necessary improvements can be made before the EPC is submitted. This approach saves you the cost of commissioning a second EPC if the first fails.​
